The state of California has issued a shelter-in-place order for all but “essential services.”
The list of essential services includes medical and first-response personnel, and other health and environmental services like plumbers, sanitation workers, and pest control.
Lloyd Pest Control will continue to honor our commitments to our customers for as long as we are allowed – and we will do it in a way that keeps our staff and our community insulated from the coronavirus.
To adhere to current CDC guidelines, we have allowed the vast majority of our customer service and admin staff to work from home so that we can reduce the number of our people gathered in the office.
Our field staff, by design, work alone in the field, and they employ personal protective equipment – including the wearing of gloves and medical-grade respirators. Our standard PPE serves to keep our technicians and the public further insulated from the spread of COVID-19.
We are happy to honor any other “distancing” requests that you might have, including the limiting of treatments or inspections to the exterior of your property.
